Leadership CampBased on popular demand, Leadership Camp was started in 2013. Open to campers ages 14-17, Leadership Camp is a more rigorous session than High Peaks Camp. Leadership Camp is an eleven day wilderness excursion designed to instill the skills needed to safely and independently lead backcountry trips. While the exact itinerary has changed each year, the past two years (due to COVID) have been a continuous backpacking trip with one resupply part way through. Often the camp has finished at Panorama Camp to share in the final banquet with High Peaks Camp. Leadership Camp dates for 2024: JUNE 17 - JUNE 27, 2025 The 2025 Application for Leadership Camp will be posted shortly. The annual deadline for applications is December 1. Applications can be submitted after the deadline; if Camp is full your child will be added to the waitlist.
